Bug ID: 225055
Summary: audio/mp3splt: the default encoding for ID3v2 tags
should be UTF-16BE, not UTF-16LE
Product: Ports & Packages
Version: Latest
Hardware: Any
OS: Any
Status: New
Severity: Affects Only Me
Priority: ---
Component: Individual Port(s)

mp3splt creates ID3v2 tags in UTF-16LE while it should be UTF-16BE according to
Wikipedia. ID3Fixer says the tags are incorrect.
Workaround: use "-C 8" or even "-C 1".
Sorry, I think this PR is one of the weirdest ever. I'm not even sure I should
be sending it.
The original authors of mp3splt don't seem to be reachable by E-mail.
