Patch to existing ports' Makefile

Upstream was updated for "some substantive bug fixes, and feature additions,
... connection event trapping, unicode, additional dynamic dns servers support,
IPv6, and a few other things."

One of the previous patches (for readme.html) did not apply cleanly. Rather
than diff between the old and corrected src patches, I will upload the
corrected src patch.

Tested on amd64, 11.1-RELEASE-p6.
