* Update to 1.1.a
* Rework Makefile.am patches to reduce possibility of rejects during version
updates
* Do not install address_parser and libpostal demo/testing binaries

Changes [1]:
  - Near-dupe hashing
  - Component-wise deduping
  - Fuzzy deduping for names

QA:
  portlint -AC: OK
  poudriere testport: OK (11a, 10i)
  make test: PASS
