patch for anki 2.0.47

Attached is an updated version of the patch to update Anki to 2.0.47

Changes:
- Cleanup of Makefile
- Patch for aqt/__init__.py to load localized dialogues for QT-widgets
(qt_*.pm) correctly. 

Reason:
Anki looks for its locale files in /usr/local/share/locale and expects also to
find at this location the qt_*.pm files but those files are placed to
/usr/local/share/anki/locale instead.

For example when one changes the language to Spanish in Anki the whole
dialogues will be in the selected language but the Qt-widgets are still in
English.

- Changed e-mail address in MAINTAINER because there was no feedback from the
current maintainer. Feel free to change MAINTAINER to its original value if
there are problems or the current maintainer is still willing to maintain the
port.
