svn diff to upgrade to 0.36

gohugo has been updated to 0.36
(https://github.com/gohugoio/hugo/releases/tag/v0.36):

The attached svn diff brings this port up from 0.35 to 0.36

Change log:
 - Add smart cropping
 - Ensure site templates can override theme templates
 - Add additional test to TestTemplateLookupOrder
 - Fix broken TestTemplateLookupOrder
 - Fix JSON array-based data file handling regression
 - Increase data directory test coverage

Tested against amd64/i386 10.4-RELEASE, 11.1-RELEASE, and 12.0-CURRENT.
