Unfortunately it is not possible to update devel/gps now. The 2017 version
depends on libadalang that depends on the 2017 version of devel/gnatcoll.

The gnacoll source code was removed from GitHub ( and from AdaCore page )
because it was broken into three parts ( gnatcoll-core, gnatcoll-bindings,
gnatcoll-db ), and those new separated versions fail to add -lgnat and -lgnarl
flags where it should ( as I learned on Ravenports ).
