As nncp deliveres no man pages the html doc pages are important.

When trying to build the docs it fails like this because of missing makeinfo:
make -C doc
makeinfo -o nncp.info index.texi
make[1]: exec(makeinfo) failed (No such file or directory)
*** Error code 1

If additional dependency is required for makeinfo adding a port-option for HTML
docs would be nice.
