WebDAV support is broken in all versions after r465281.

The module options are available and it compiles fine, but ends up without DAV
support, even though the modules are selected:

HTTP_DAV       : on
HTTP_DAV_EXT   : on

It doesn't start and just prints the following error:

nginx: [emerg] unknown directive "dav_methods" in /usr/local/etc/nginx/conf/...
