the port update patch

The primary motivation for me personally is the bug fix in this commit:
https://github.com/openSUSE/libgnomesu/commit/380bdcf764dcab9ed593d79300bc3499d0ae0ac7#diff-74710e3ecbe94109f39de34133e1c8ca
Without it I get a crash on amd64 when trying to use unetbootin.

In general, it is nicer to have a newer version and the one that comes from
openSUSE.
