Patch adding xpdf.desktop files

Add xpdf.desktop files to both xpdf ports so that it is possible to set xpdf to
be the default PDF viewer via xdg-mime.

QA:
 * portlint returns some warnings and fatals but those were there before; I
didn't fix them as it could be the case when portlint is wrong
 * poudriere testport xpdf3: 10.4 i386
 * Manual testing of xpdf4 on a FreeBSD 12 running x11/dwm. Setting xpdf as the
default PDf application works. I am not sure if it looks good in menus of
desktop environments like XFCE.
