Hi,
I tried to turn on email notifications but doing so requires jinja2 and bleach
which aren't required by the matrix port so I had to install them manually.

Also the templates appear to be missing, but
https://github.com/matrix-org/synapse/issues/2331 suggests it's an upstream
issue.
