Restore the original port.

Point the fetch to the right place that is not GITHUB. Nikolai just copied all
the code that I spent hours to make it portable to FreeBSD without give me any
credit to his github account.

Also he ignored my emails about it! As I'm gonna start to work on ndmp code
again, I'm claiming the maintainership back. The code was ported by myself, the
port was created by myself, so I guess it is fair enough.
