Simple update to 5.33.1

- crash bug fixed (reported by me :) )
- very rare but important generation bug fixed
- added the number of working hours for the teachers and the students in the
HTML timetables statistics
- bug fix: when moving rooms/buildings up/down in their corresponding dialogs,
the description on the right was not updated correspondingly
- updated translations
