Patch to version 0.10.1

Attached is the update to current version upstream 0.10.1
This will also fix https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=222997
(starting fail2ban deletes all rules of pf) and
https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=223006 (fq_hostname not
resolved)

Note that I remove files/patch-fail2ban_server_ipdns.py, which was a temporary
fix for a problem which found after version 0.10.0 was released.
