Patch to provide optional support for LEDGER and TREZOR hardware wallets

necessary python backends. Now that we have ports for the TREZOR and LEDGER
hardware wallets in the ports tree add those as an option and enable by
default.

Both hardware wallets LEDGER NANO S, and TREZOR have been personally tested
with Electrum.
