svn generated diff with simplified port structure

An updated version of the mcstas neutron scattering simulation kernel port.

This is not an update to a new version of the upstream code (this will come
shortly in a later PR)

- the makefile hasbeen simplified to avoid the use of pkg-install/deinstall
scripts (which have been deleted)
- PORTVERSION has been changed to DISTVERSION
- gzipped manpages
- simplified pkg-plist

The port has been tested with poudriere on 11.1 and 10.4 (amd64 so far)
