           Version: Latest
          Hardware: Any
                OS: Any

When running pgcli, I get this error:
pkg_resources.DistributionNotFound: The 'cli_helpers<1.0.0,>=0.2.3'
distribution was not found and is required by pgcli

Upon inspection, it turns out that the version of py27-cli-helpers is 1.0.0.
