I installed FPC using usual cmd, "pkg install fpc". FPC is 3.0.0
Installed Lazarus same way. Lazarus 1.6.2

A)
I run Lazarus and it shows error about missing FPC sources.
Fixed it =downloaded fpc 3.0.0 src files.

B)
THis is not fixed.
Lazarus cannot compile apps, or compile Lazarus - via menu command 
Tools - Build Lazarus with profile Normal

It shows (or FPC shows??) error about missing gettext.pp
gettext.pp is a file from FPC fpc-base package, it's of course included in FPC.

IMO: FPC is installed w/out compiled gettext.pp and some other files.
So it cannot find gettext.o and shows err on compile.
FPC install is bad so.
