Unbreak port

lang/mosh: update MASTER_SITES to google code archive and unbreak the port.

There is github repo for this project. Unfortunately source fetched from github
repo can't be used as distfile, because installed mosh need to prepare release
tarball. And there is no prepared releases on github.
