pg_dumpall is very slow if used on DB of 10+GB

It would be nice to have documented both ways of upgrade (pg_dumpall +
pg_upgrade) ... but I have no time to dig in to this issue and guess others are
short on time too.
We are now on PG 9.4 and planing upgrade in the end of this summer.
