Update to 0.12.4

The attached patch updates the port to 0.12.4, it also:
 - strips binaries
 - changes plist to alphabetical order
 - adds a patch from 0.12.5-dev to support the use of client certificates
   and private CAs (-ssl-key-password,--ssl-crt-path,--ssl-key-path),
