- update to 5.31.2

Changelog:
- Each activity tag now has an additional property, "Printable", so that you
can show/hide each individual activity tag in the HTML timetables and in the
printout of the timetables from the interface (suggested by Malamojka,
rodolforg, and math user).
- Minor bug fixes in the HTML timetables and in the printout of the timetables
from the interface (reported by Volker Dirr and math user).
