posterazor port in shar format

Description of the Softare on http://posterazor.sourceforge.net

As input, the PosteRazor takes a raster image. The resulting poster is saved as
a multipage PDF document. An easy to use, wizard like user interface guides
through 5 steps. PosteRazor is available as a BSD (now), Windows, an OSX and a
Linux version. It is an open source, GNU licensed project which is hosted on
SourceForge.net. 


the software MUST be build using GCC-4.8 and the dependencies must ALSO be
build with GCC-4.8 or else it cores dump

the Dependencies are:
x11-toolkits/fltk
graphics/freeimage
