Thanks for your submission.  Some comments and questions:

- The pkg-descr is for Namecoin
- Instead of
    CFLAGS+=       -I${LOCALBASE}/include
    LDFLAGS+=      -L${LOCALBASE}/lib
  add localbase:ldflags to USES
- You don't need bsd.port.pre.mk here
- LICENSE_GROUPS seems bogus
- LICENSE_TEXT is incomplete
- tiff2png was in the ports tree before (see [1]), and it was removed because
  it was unmaintained upstream.  Is it maintained again?
- Asking mostly out of curiousty: There are already tools in the ports tree
  to convert TIFF files to PNG.  What does this do differently?
