update to Lua 5.3.4

Lua 5.3.4 is out! :) It's a bug-fix release of Lua 5.3 and the diffs can be
seen at [1].

At the moment there's no additional bug fixes, as usually listed in [2]. I will
make sure I submit a new PR when there's.

This PR contains a patch that updates lua53 port to Lua 5.3.4. I've run
portlint and poudriere and it looks OK.

If I forgot anything, or further QA is needed, please let me know -- I'm not
using FreeBSD on a daily basis at the moment =/, but would love to continue
contributing.
