We shouldn't be packaging Go libraries. If this doesn't have a product that
isn't a library, then it shouldn't be a separate port. Instead, just pull the
source in with the thing that needs it (vuls) and build using the standard go
build mechanism. There are many examples of this for existing Go ports in the
ports tree.
