excellent work!

from my experience for update pg,maybe should mention the space will be doubled
in upgrade process.or using pg_upgrade hardlink mode is better because of space
and speed.
Also mention the replication slave upgrade using rsync --hard-link to speedup.

Note,pg_upgrade has been moved to the core server from controb,so the controb
port is not needed when upgrade.
