patch

* Removed Requires in .pc because it causes pkg-config to pass jack libraries
to users that users don't need
* Added USE_GNOME=     gdkpixbuf2 cairo
* PYTHON_CONFIGURE_ENABLE=pylash - pylash is still broken as before.
