per talk in https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=220250#c3, ffcall
should be renamed to libffcall.

also fix ports depend on ffcall:
>lang/gforth
>lang/qscheme

These 2 ports were already deleted:
>lang/clisp
>math/freemat-mpi
