The updating patch

sysutils/consul: update to version 0.8.5

Moving to the last version of consul.
Several bug fixes and improvements to the agent and the server.
No merge-quarterly needed, because of a couple of breaking changes introduced
in version 0.8.5

portlint: OK (looks fine.)
testport: OK (poudriere: 10.3,11.0 on amd64,i386)
