There is a larger change waiting to be commited so that the APCu module works
just as all the other pecl ports

devel/pecl-APCu will be the 7+ port
devel/pecl-APCu4 will be the old 5.6 port

You will have to wait until this gets commited and then compile devel/pecl-APCu
which will work with 7.0 and 7.1
