            Bug ID: 216482
Summary: sysutils/py-ranger: Wrong characters in non-ascii
                    filenames/UI
           Product: Ports & Packages
           Version: Latest
          Hardware: Any
                OS: Any
            Status: New
          Severity: Affects Many People
          Priority: ---
         Component: Individual Port(s)
          Assignee: freebsd-ports-bugs at FreeBSD.org
          Reporter: petr.fischer at me.com
                CC: linpct at gmail.com

             Flags: maintainer-feedback?(linpct at gmail.com)

Just %subject.

Touch a file named '測試中文' (means test Chinese character), but at ranger it
shows 'M-fM-8M-,M-hM-)M-&M-dM-8M--M-fVG0'.

Also try this file name 'ěščřžýáíéĚŠČŘŽÝÁÉ'.

It's sad, ranger is a neat piece of console software.

Maybe it's something with python-27 or some python library, can we cooperate
with port dependencies maintainers? How?
