I tested this port locally and it appears that (just considering attachment
179617) files for graphics/opencv3-core are missing. Copying opencv2-core to
opencv3-core, adapting opencv3-core/Makefile and rewriting the corresponding
pkg-plist file worked for me. I can provide the patch if necessary.

Afterwards tweaking options, i.e. removing ffmpeg, for opencv3 resulted in a
sucessful build. The dependencies are still problematic, for example ffmpeg can
be configured to depend on opencv2 which conflicts with opencv3.
