The attached patch updates mail/fdm to 1.9.

Changes in fdm itself:

- the usual bug fixes and enhancements
- moved from Sourceforge to GitHub
- use of autotools

Changes in the port:

- reflect the changes above
- PCRE is now optional, but still enabled by default
