After the last update using the packages in the 2017Q1 branch, I noticed some
broken images in my feed.  Trying to load the images on their own showed that
they were being cached on the tt-rss server and were giving me an error about
an undefined function mime_content_type(). Google and the php documentation
showed me that this function is part of the fileinfo extension.  Installing
that package resolved the issue.
