patch to the ports tree

The attached patch updates devel/visualparadigm to version 14.0 build 20170121.

I worked with the upstream project since the latest releases were broken in
FreeBSD. They even sent me a preview release for the next build to test on
FreeBSD, an os they seem willing to support "officially" starting with the 14.0
release.

Kudos to Rain Wong (visualparadigm team) for making this possible!
