.. wager lost. The embedded Beast is a rather old version, so just removing it
shows up compatibility problems between the ceph code and Boost::asio. I don't
feel like taking shots in the dark at fixing this, since I'm not familiar
enough with Boost changes.

So status right now is: ceph needs to fix their C++ code.

Please include https://reviews.freebsd.org/D13662 in any future exp-run for
Boost 1.66.
