POCL 1.0-patch and pkg-plist fix

POCL  1.0 has been released. According to Bug 223032 there is a problem in
pkg-plist, which is fixed with the workaround provided here: replace -unknown-
by -portbld-, see patch diff.

The attached file is a svn diff against lang/pocl.

I've checked so far with poudriere to build the port lang/pocl and it built
clear in my testenvironment.

I haven't looked deeper into the changes made by the developers (i.e. the CUDA
backend).

Further testing is prohibited by Bug 223879 , Bug 219562 .
