Looks to be more flavors fallout, most likely.

Error: '/usr/bin/env python2' is an invalid shebang you need USES=shebangfix
for 'bin/event_rpcgen.py'
*** Error code 1

Patch attached; the actual file location is ./event_rpcgen.py within the source
directory, so I am not sure if that is the preferred way to write the
SHEBANG_FILES.
