Logical replication doesn't work on databases/postgresql10-server because the
file pgoutput.so is missing on /usr/local/lib/postgresql.

The server returns this message when triying to make a subscription:

ERROR:  could not create replication slot "subtest": ERROR: could not
access file "pgoutput": No such file or directory
