The attached port installs examples and has PORTEXAMPLES=*, but check-plist
still prints the errors:

> Error: Orphaned: %%PORTEXAMPLES%%@dir %%EXAMPLESDIR%%/extended/medical/dna/chem1/.settings
> ===> Checking for items in pkg-plist which are not in STAGEDIR
> ===> Error: Plist issues found.

With PORTEXAMPLES=* everything under %%EXAMPLESDIR%%/ should be auto-accepted
as part of plist.
