roundcube-sieverules.update.patch

mail/roundcube-sieverules plugin is not developed. Anywy there is last relase
which is improved that currently 2.1.2. I hope that someone else is using this
plugin also - for it is working very good.

So I've made a patch which updates mail/roundcube-sieverules to latest
available version.

I've tested it with poudriere. You can check logs at
http://pkg.bsdserwis.com/pkg/data/11x64-testing-php71/2017-12-12_15h45m44s/logs/roundcube-sieverules-2.3,1.log
As you can see it is working with php71.

I hope that port will be updated soon.
