* Switch to option helpers
* Change module installation path to ${PREFIX}/libexec
* Add IPV6 knob
* Add pkg-deinstall with reminder to remove orphaned dirs and user/group
* Add LICENSE_FILE
* While here, switch to DISTVERSION
