Version 3 after fixing sole portlint FATAL's

Fixed some FATAL's reported by portlint -AC

It still has afew FATAL's left though:
leto# portlint -AC
FATAL: Makefile: extra item "MAINTAINER" placed in the PORTNAME section.
FATAL: Makefile: extra item "MASTERDIR" placed in the PORTNAME section.
FATAL: Makefile: extra item "MODEL" placed in the MAINTAINER section.
FATAL: Makefile: extra item "BOARD_CONFIG" placed in the MAINTAINER section.
FATAL: Makefile: extra item "FAMILY" placed in the MAINTAINER section.
WARN: Consider to set DEVELOPER=yes in /etc/make.conf
5 fatal errors and 1 warning found.

I did notice all other sysutils/u-boot-* ports have the same FATAL's, it may be
something specific about these ports.
