zabbix-32 specific version of the libzbxpgsql module for PostgreSQL monitoring.

As discussed with dbaio at freebsd.org here:
https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=221798#c2

there will be one port per zabbix<version>-agent in the ports tree.

Attached is a shar of the new port.
