There is no http://http.debian.net in bsd.sites.mk, which make portlint can not
detect porter's misuse of this URL instead of using DEBIAN MACRO.

the maintainer of portlint advice to open a PR to add http://http.debian.net to
bsd.sites.mk. More info:
