Migrate i7z to GitHub and take maintainership

I have been using the sysutils/i7z for quite some time, and I would find it a
pity if it got garbage collected.

I have forked the original author's project on GitHub, added slightly modified
versions of the FreeBSD port patches we already had, and slapped on a new
version number.  I will probably tinker around with it some more in the future.

While zont@ doesn't seem to be active anymore, I hope he has no problem with me
taking over this port.
