You are abusing USE_GITHUB=nodefault, use USE_GITHUB=yes instead.

Remove the first line of GH_TUPLE.

After PORTVERSION, set:

DISTVERSIONPREFIX=  v

then set:

GH_ACCOUNT=hlandau
GH_SUBDIR=src/github.com/hlandau/acme
