I'll upload a patch in a moment, just going to try to build it with the new
line added.

Regarding changing the extensions port, I doubt that is going to happened as it
only contains stock php modules provided by php themselfes.

Perhaps someone can create a "php70-thirdparty-extensions" meta port which can
contain all pecl modules and others.
