Update to 7.26.0

CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX is much cleaner so I include it in this patch:

        Prefix: /usr/local/brlcad
      Binaries: /usr/local/brlcad/bin
     Libraries: /usr/local/brlcad/lib
  Manual pages: /usr/local/brlcad/share/man
Data resources: /usr/local/brlcad/share

(Yes the man pages are still not in a place where they may conform to hier(7).)

Unfortunately I still get uuid build conflicts and upstream didn't really fixed
them. We are stuck :(.
